EAP Photography & Videography Check / Charge /Refund Policy & Limit of Liability on Purchases

Refund Policy for School Photos

We do not issue refunds for class photos or on the class photo portion of any order. We also do not issue refunds on any Specialty item or Digital Product. If you are not satisfied with your child's photograph you should mail your photos back to: EAP School Photography Returns, 617 N. Bicycle Path, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776  within 14 days of receipt. We do not reimburse customers for postage incurred. Requests for refunds can be submitted by completing a Refund Request Form. 

Refund Policy for Sports Photos

Orders that are returned to EAP within 14 days from the mailing date of your order are eligible for a refund. Requests for refunds can be submitted by completing a Refund Request Form. We do not issue refunds for team photos or on the team photo portion of an order. We also do not issue refunds on Specialty items. It is the customers responsibility to return the photos back to EAP. Sorry but we do not offer reimbursement for postage. We suggest mailing the photos in a secure manor that provides proof of delivery back to EAP. 

Refund Policy for Dance Studio Photos

Images that are selected by the customer on photo day for picture packages and additional prints are non refundable. Picture packages and additional prints selected by our lab have a 100% money back guarantee on the individual picture portion of the package. Orders that are returned to EAP within 14 days from the mailing date of your order are eligible for a refund. Requests for refunds can be submitted by completing a Refund Request Form. Refund Policy for Dance Competition Photos, Videos, Flash Drives, Digital downloads

All our products are custom manufactured for each customer. Refunds and exchanges are not available. If you receive a incorrect product or a damaged product we will replace the product for you at no charge. Once a digital download has been purchased the sale is final and no refund or exchange is available.  

Refund Policy for Video Purchases (ie: Blu-ray, DVD's, EAP TV)

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Recital Videos. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Limit of Liability for Purchases and Products / Use of Images

EAP processes orders we receive within 4 - 12 weeks. Customers that do not receive a product they purchased within 12 weeks should contact EAP's Customer Service Department for information on the status of their order. Any correspondence we receive after 16 weeks from the date of purchase for product claims or merchandise that the customer claims haven't been received will not be honored for replacement at no cost or for refunds. EAP is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of any of our specialty products on any electronic device. Any photographic or video image created by EAP can be used for advertising and promotional purposes without consent or compensation to the subject.

Returned Checks / Credit Card Chargeback Policy

Checks that are returned for any reason from a customers bank are subject to a $25.00 service fee. Customers that initiate a chargeback through their credit card company will be charged a $25.00 chargeback fee in addition to their original purchase price before the product they ordered will be shipped.
