EAP Photography & Videography Check / Charge /Exchange / Refund Policy & Limit of Liability on Purchases

Digital Image Delivery and Size
Digital Images are delivered via the customer email. Digital images are sent in a high resolution .jpg format ranging
from 2MB file size to 6MB file size.  Customers can freely use the un copyrighted images to make are prints or products.


Refund Policy for School Photos that are ordered from proofs
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Refund Policy for School Photos that are pre ordered without viewing proofs
Orders that are returned to EAP within 14 days from the mailing date of your order are eligible for a refund if there is a photographic error. (ie Shadowing, Glare, Out of Focus) We do not issue refunds for class photos or on the class photo portion of any order. Refund requests on any Specialty item or Digital Product will not be issued. If you are not satisfied with your child's photograph you can have your child's photo retaken at their school if it is offered or at an EAP Studio (by appointment). If you do not want to retake the child's photo you can request a refund by completing a Refund Request Form. 

Exchange Policy for School Photos that are ordered from proofs 
We do not offer exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Exchange Policy for School Photos that are pre ordered without viewing proofs 
Retake photos can be exchanged for the original photos that were taken for a fee of $6.00. This fee covers the locating of your original photos and the shipping and handling of your photos. To exchange your retake photos for your original photos please use the Exchange Form 

Refund Policy for Sports Photos
Orders that are returned to EAP within 14 days from the mailing date of your order are eligible for a refund if there is a photographic error. (ie Shadowing, Glare, Out of Focus) Requests for refunds can be submitted by completing a Refund Request Form. We do not issue refunds for team photos or on the team photo portion of an order. We also do not issue refunds on Specialty items or Digital Images. It is the customers responsibility to return the photos back to EAP. We do not offer reimbursement for postage. We suggest mailing the photos in a secure manor that provides proof of delivery back to EAP. 

Refund Policy for Dance Studio Photos
Pre- Sold (Paid for without viewing the photo prior to purchase)

Picture Packages & Additional Prints selected by our lab have a 100% money back guarantee on the individual picture portion of the package minus a $10.00 processing fee if your original purchase was paid for using a credit or debit card. Orders paid for with a credit card or debit card and canceled by the customer will incur a $10.00 processing fee. Orders are eligible for a refund if they are received back at EAP's office within 14 days from the mailing date of your order.  Requests for refunds can be submitted by completing a Refund Request Form. We do not issue refunds for class photos or on the class photo portion of an order. We also do not issue refunds on Specialty items or Digital Images. It is the customers responsibility to return the photos back to EAP. We do not offer reimbursement for postage. Refund Policy for Dance Studio Photos
Viewed on EAP's Viewing Box prior to purchase
Images that are selected by the customer on photo day for picture packages, additional prints, digital images or specialty items are non refundable. 

Refund Policy for Dance Competition Photos, Videos, Flash Drives, Digital downloads
All our products are custom manufactured for each customer. Refunds and exchanges are not available. If you receive a incorrect product or a damaged product we will replace the product for you at no charge. Once a digital download has been purchased the sale is final and no refund or exchange is available.  

Refund Policy for Video Purchases (ie: Blu-ray, DVD's, EAP TV)
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Recital Videos. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Limit of Liability for Purchases and Products / Use of Images
EAP processes orders we receive within 4 - 12 weeks. Customers that do not receive a product they purchased within 12 weeks should contact EAP's Customer Service Department for information on the status of their order. Any correspondence we receive after 16 weeks from the date of the original purchase for product claims or merchandise that the customer claims haven't been received will not be honored for replacement at no cost or for refunds. EAP is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of any of our specialty products on any electronic device. Any photographic or video image created by EAP can be used for advertising and promotional purposes without consent or compensation to the subject.

Returned Checks / Credit Card Chargeback Policy
Checks that are returned for any reason from a customers bank are subject to a $25.00 service fee. Customers that initiate a chargeback through their credit card company will be charged a $25.00 chargeback fee in addition to their original purchase price before the product they ordered will be shipped.
